Key Responsibilities:
Monitor sales trends, identify opportunities for improvement, and take necessary actions to boost performance.
Enforce store policies and procedures to maintain compliance and ensure a safe environment.
Lead and motivate the team, offering coaching and support for their growth and professional development.
Work closely with the marketing team to implement promotional events and campaigns.
Hold regular team meetings to align on goals, expectations, and important updates.
Address customer concerns promptly, ensuring a satisfactory resolution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in any field.
A minimum of 3 years' experience in retail management or a similar leadership role.
Strong knowledge of retail operations and inventory management processes.
Expertise in sales techniques and delivering top-tier customer service.
Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A results-focused approach, aiming to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
High attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
Proficiency in multiple languages to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base.
