Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store located in Khar West. The ideal candidate will have a background in retail management and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day store operations Supervise and motivate staff to meet sales targets Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service Ensure the store is fully stocked and merchandise is displayed attractively Handle customer complaints and queries Prepare and manage budgets, sales reports, and inventory Monitor and maintain store cleanliness and organization

Requirements:

Male candidates only Proven experience as a retail manager or similar role Strong leadership and customer service skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic knowledge of inventory and POS systems

Job Timings:

10 AM to 9 PM

Salary:

?35000 to ?50000 per month
