Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and develop store team to meet sales and service goals Oversee daily operations: scheduling, opening/closing, cash handling, inventory management Ensure exceptional customer experience and resolve escalations Manage visual merchandising and store presentation standards Analyze KPIs, implement action plans, and optimize performance Maintain compliance with company policies, loss prevention, and local regulations Partner with cross-functional teams (HR, finance, operations) on initiatives and audits
Qualifications:

Minimum 10 years of retail store experience (jewelry, luxury retail, or grocery preferred) 5+ years in a supervisory/management role Proven track record of meeting sales targets and improving store metrics Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Experience with POS systems, inventory controls, and retail operations best practices Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
