Job Description

We're looking for a hands-on Store Manager to run our Jayanagar outlet end-to-end. This is a small-to-medium neighbourhood store role: you will own daily sales, customer experience, inventory accuracy, visual merchandising and a small retail team. Ideal for a strong retail operator who can multitask and scale local sales.

Key responsibilities (practical & focused)

Drive daily sales and conversion for the store; coach the floor team on product knowledge and upselling. Manage opening/closing, cash handling and daily reconciliations. Maintain visual merchandising, planograms and attractive local displays for festivals/promos. Oversee stock receipts, simple cycle counts, basic stock transfers and minimize shrinkage. Customer service: handle escalations, returns/exchanges and ensure high CSAT. Small-team People ops: manage 3-6 staff (roster, training, basic performance reviews). Local store marketing: run neighbourhood promotions, collaborate with regional marketing for store-level activations. Simple reporting: daily sales, stock levels, staff hours and basic KPI updates.
Must-have

2-5 years retail experience (1+ year in supervisory/lead role preferred). Track record of hitting monthly sales targets in a store environment. Comfortable with POS systems and Google Sheets / basic Excel. Strong communication and people skills; customer-first attitude. Willing to work weekends and local festival peaks.
Nice-to-have

Experience with lifestyle, jewellery, gifting, or spiritual products. Prior experience running a small P&L or achieving local store growth via events/promos.
