Global count Goods every week, as per schedule
Make sure all equipment (lights/ AC etc.) are in working condition as per schedule
Follow-up for any maintenance/repair work with the respective agency
Stock to be displayed as per display guidelines
C. DISCIPLINE
Follow grooming standards strictly.
Ensure staff follows grooming standards.
Give extra attention to newcomers. Provide them with on-the-job training, so that they get accustomed to work faster.
Ensure staff is disciplined on the floor (E.g.: No gossiping, No shouting, etc)
Talk to everyone with respect. Address your seniors and customers with Sir/ Madam
Lunch Management: Ensure at least 60% of staff is always present in the store
Do send everyone together for lunch.
Ensure operations are conducted in Planning Time
Concentrate only on sales during Selling Time
In case of doubtful customers, keep an eye on them. If any pilferage by the customer, call the Operations Manager/ Security immediately. Be respectful to the customer unless theft is proven.
Ensure staff mobiles are submitted at lockers
D. SALES
Promote cross-selling and up-selling
Ensure each customer is given service
Approach the customer when he/she walks into your section for help.
Frequently check returning customer and customer who is willing to look for more variety.
Give product training to newly joined staff.
Any suggestions to improve Sales must be discussed with the Operations Manager
