The Store Manager will be responsible for the overall operations, sales performance, and customer experience of the store. This role requires a leader who can manage daily store activities, drive revenue growth, ensure operational excellence, and build a motivated team aligned with the brand's values.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Performance
Achieve sales targets, KPIs, and profitability goals.
Analyze sales reports and identify opportunities to maximize revenue.
Develop and implement local store marketing & promotional activities.
2. Customer Experience
Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained at all times.
Handle escalations and resolve customer queries effectively.
Build strong relationships with repeat and loyal customers.
3. Store Operations
Oversee day-to-day store operations including opening, closing, and security.
Manage stock levels, replenishments, and coordinate with warehouse/suppliers.
Ensure proper visual merchandising and adherence to brand guidelines.
Maintain hygiene, safety, and compliance standards within the store.
4. Team Leadership & Training
Recruit, train, and supervise store staff.
Assign targets, monitor performance, and conduct regular reviews.
Motivate the team to deliver high productivity and great customer experience.
Foster a positive, disciplined, and team-oriented culture.
5. Reporting & Administration
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and performance reports.
Manage store budgets, expenses, and cash flow.
Ensure compliance with company policies and processes.

4-8 years of retail experience .
Experience in
apparel / fashion / lifestyle retail
is highly desirable.
