JD -Retail Store Manager

Responsibilities:-

1.Take full ownership of the store and its commercial success.

2.Drive continuous improvements in the store's sales, productivity and profitability.

3.Schedule staffing roster so as to properly serve customers, drive sales and execute task.

4.Ensure all established Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards are consistently executed and maintained in the store.

5.Take ownership of store inventory and audits.

6.Ensure reconciliation and legal compliances.

Qualifications And Skills

1.Graduate in Any stream.

2.Minimum 3 years experience as a Retail store Manager.

Salary Range

35000 PM-40000 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
