SilverWorld, a growing retailer specializing in exquisite 92.5 Sterling Silver Jewelry, is seeking an experienced and strategic
Store Manager
to lead our team and operations in Gurgaon. This is a critical leadership role responsible for driving sales growth, managing team performance, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Leadership & Performance
Target Achievement:
Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the store.
Sales Coaching:
Motivate, mentor, and coach the Sales Executives, providing regular feedback and training to enhance their product knowledge and sales techniques.
Visual Merchandising:
Oversee the visual display of all silver collections, ensuring compliance with brand standards to maximize appeal and product visibility.
2. Team Management & Development
Hiring & Training:
Recruit, onboard, and train new store personnel, fostering a positive, customer-focused, and results-driven team culture.
Scheduling:
Manage staff rosters, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours while optimizing labor costs.
Performance Management:
Conduct performance reviews, manage disciplinary issues, and promote professional development within the store team.
3. Operational Excellence & Inventory
Store Operations:
Ensure smooth daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, security protocols, and overall store maintenance.
Inventory Control:
Implement strict inventory management protocols to minimize shrinkage, conduct regular stock audits, and coordinate replenishment orders.
Reporting:
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports for management, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for improvement.
4. Customer Experience
Service Standards:
Uphold and enforce the highest standards of customer service, resolving complex customer issues or complaints efficiently and professionally.
Brand Ambassador:
Act as a key representative of the SilverWorld brand, promoting product purity, quality, and excellent value.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum Experience:
5 to 8 years of progressive experience in retail management
, with at least 3 years in a leadership role (Store Manager or Assistant Manager). Experience in jewelry, luxury goods, or specialty retail is highly preferred.
Minimum Education:
Bachelor's degree preferred; a High School Diploma (12th Grade) is the minimum requirement.
Skills:
Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and inspire a retail team.
Strong business acumen, including P&L understanding and sales forecasting.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills (written and verbal).
Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
