Minimizing stock outs and overstocking to ensure sufficient merchandise is available.
Customer Service:
Ensuring excellent customer service and a positive shopping experience.
Handling customer inquiries and complaints professionally and resolving issues.
Store Operations and Appearance:
Overseeing daily operations, including merchandising, visual displays, and store layout.
Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
Financial Management:
Managing store budgets and controlling costs to maintain profitability.
Preparing detailed reports on sales, financial records, and performance indicators.
Compliance and Safety:
