The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the Titan store, ensuring smooth functioning, achieving sales targets, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining brand standards. This role requires strong leadership, team management, and business acumen.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure adherence to company policies and standards.
Drive sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service.
Monitor stock levels, inventory management, and coordinate with team.
Ensure proper visual merchandising and maintain store hygiene and ambience as per brand guidelines.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide quick resolutions.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on sales performance and operations.
Implement promotional campaigns and local marketing activities to boost footfall and sales.
Ensure compliance in billing, cash handling, and audit requirements.
Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and discipline.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
5-8 years of retail experience, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role (preferably jewellery, watches, or lifestyle sector).
Strong knowledge of sales, customer handling, and team management.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle pressure and achieve targets.
