Job Description

Key Responsibilities

:

Sales and Revenue Management

Achieve and exceed sales targets and profitability goals. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue. Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Customer Service Excellence

Ensure an exceptional customer experience, responding promptly to customer inquiries and complaints. Train and mentor staff on customer service best practices. Foster a customer-centric environment to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.

Staff Management and Development

Recruit, train, and manage sales associates, ensuring adequate staffing. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback. Schedule staff shifts, manage payroll, and create a productive team culture.

Inventory and Stock Control

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for restocking. Conduct regular stock audits to minimize loss and improve efficiency. Manage product displays, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.

Operational and Financial Management

Handle daily cash management, ensuring accurate reconciliation and reporting. Oversee store opening and closing procedures, ensuring operational readiness. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and local laws.

Marketing and Merchandising

Implement promotional strategies and manage in-store marketing campaigns. Optimize store layout for better product visibility and customer experience. Collaborate with regional or head office for brand alignment and promotional support.

Reporting and Insights

Generate daily/weekly/monthly performance reports for senior management. Provide insights on customer preferences, market trends, and inventory needs. Contribute ideas for promotional events and new product launches.

Qualifications

:

Experience

: Minimum 2 years in a retail management role, preferably in mobile or consumer electronics.

Education

: High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business or related field is a plus.

Skills

: Strong leadership and team management abilities. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving store performance. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and MS Office. Familiarity with mobile devices, accessories, and the telecommunications industry.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
