Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month

Qualification: Graduate in any stream

Experience: 3-5 years of relevant retail sales experience

Reporting To: Retail Sales Manager / Sales Head

1. Job Purpose

To manage retail store operations, engage with walk-in customers, drive sales of bed sheets and home textile products, and deliver excellent customer service.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Sales & Customer Handling

Attend walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and convert them to sales. Achieve monthly and quarterly retail sales targets. Promote offers, combos, festive schemes, and new product launches. Provide detailed product knowledge (fabric, GSM, thread count, sizes, colors, wash care, durability).

B. Store Management

Ensure proper visual merchandising and attractive product display. Maintain store cleanliness, discipline, and hygiene. Handle billing, POS operations, returns, and customer concerns.

C. Inventory Management

Maintain stock levels and avoid stock-outs. Conduct daily stock counting and keep records updated. Coordinate with warehouse/production team for replenishment.

D. Reporting & Coordination

Prepare daily sales reports and customer feedback. Monitor competitor pricing, designs, and market trends. Share suggestions for design improvement, packaging, and customer preferences.

E. Compliance & Professionalism

Follow cash handling SOPs and store operational guidelines. Maintain grooming standards and professional behavior at all times.

3. Skills & Competencies

Strong communication and convincing ability. Excellent product explanation and customer handling skills. Experience in textile/home furnishing retail preferred. POS billing knowledge (advantage). Good personality, patience, and service-oriented approach.

4. Candidate Profile

Graduate (any stream). 3-5 years of retail sales experience, preferably in textile/garments/home furnishing. Female candidate only, age between 22-30 years. Must be comfortable working in a retail store environment.
