Principle Accountabilities:
The purpose of this position is to generate the business of overseeing and coordinating all retail activities in an assigned region (interior products), Managing store/inventory/team etc.

Team Management
Role & Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Revenue Management
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective sales planning and execution.
Motivate and guide the sales team to maximize conversion rates and average transaction value.
Analyze sales reports, identify trends, and develop strategies to improve performance.
Implement upselling and cross-selling techniques to increase revenue.
Client meetings and visits (outside store) to generate the business.
2. Store Operations
Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company policies.
Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising standards.
Ensure the store layout, product displays, and overall ambiance align with brand standards.
Supervise billing, cash handling, purchase order preparation, material delivery and reporting procedures accurately.
3. Customer Experience
Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction at all touchpoints.
Handle escalated customer issues and resolve complaints promptly.
Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat business through personalized service.
Ensure after-sales service coordination such as delivery, installation, and complaint resolution.
4. Team Leadership & HR
Train and develop store staff including sales executives and support staff.
Set performance goals and monitor individual/team KPIs.
Conduct regular team meetings and training on products, sales techniques, and customer handling.
Foster a positive, professional, and goal-oriented work environment.
5. Marketing & Promotions
Execute in-store marketing campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions.
Coordinate with marketing teams for local advertising, social media promotions, and events.
Analyze customer footfall and feedback to adjust promotional strategies.
6. Financial & Administrative Control
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, expenses, and inventory.
Manage store budgets, expenses, and profitability.
Ensure compliance with company accounting and reporting standards.
7. Compliance & Maintenance
Ensure adherence to company policies, legal, and safety standards.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and functionality of the store and showroom furniture.
Coordinate with vendors and maintenance staff for timely upkeep.
