Role Overview

We are looking for a Retail Store Manager to lead our laundry retail operations in Ahmedabad.

As the Retail Store Manager, you will:

Oversee daily store operations Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Manage and motivate staff Handle inventory and supplies Address customer inquiries and resolve issues Implement retail loss prevention strategies Maintain smooth store management and reporting
Qualifications

? Strong Customer Service & Communication skills

? Proven Store Management experience

? Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention strategies

? Strong Leadership & Organizational skills

? Ability to work independently and manage a team

? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management (preferred)

? Retail industry experience is a plus
