Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the Samsung store, ensuring smooth workflow.
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Ensure excellent
customer experience
by providing product knowledge, guidance, and after-sales support.
Manage store inventory, stock levels, and coordinate with suppliers.
Maintain store standards, visual merchandising, and compliance with Samsung brand guidelines.
Handle billing, reporting, and reconciliation of sales & accounts.
Train and mentor new staff members to maintain high service standards.
Monitor competitor activities and suggest strategies to improve sales.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Retail/Marketing preferred).
2-5 years of experience
in retail sales / store management (electronics, mobile, or premium retail preferred).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to lead a team, drive sales, and handle customer concerns effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office, POS systems, and inventory management tools.
Confident, smart, and presentable personality.
