The ideal candidate will independently manage the daily operations of a premium women's wear fashion lifestyle store and complete tasks related to inventory tracking, marketing, and customer service. They should be a confident salesperson and be able to share their best practices in order to onboard new employees. This candidate should also possess strong leadership skills and be able to assign duties to relevant employees to maintain the function of the store.

Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of the store and ensure sales goals are met Understanding customers' styling needs and assisting them to select the perfect outfits for their needs Lead and manage a team to achieve sales targets for the store Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business Keeping up to date with the latest fashion trends and product knowledge Manage inventory and store VM

Qualifications

2-3 years' experience managing a premium fashion lifestyle store Passion for fashion and a keen eye for style Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Customer-centric approach with a genuine desire to assist and engage with customers Proactive attitude and a strong work ethic Knowledge of sustainable and eco-friendly fashion practices is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
