Job Description

The Store Manager will oversee all daily operations of our Greater Kailash Store, ensuring a premium customer experience, smooth operations, and alignment with our brand values. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and retail management skills, focusing on both sales targets and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

Store Operations Management

Ensure the store operates efficiently and effectively, meeting all brand standards. Maintain high levels of inventory accuracy and handle stock management. Supervise store layout, cleanliness, and overall presentation.

Customer Service Excellence

Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service, building relationships with clientele, and fostering loyalty. Address and resolve customer issues in a professional manner, turning challenges into positive experiences.

Sales and Financial Performance

Drive sales to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze sales reports to identify growth opportunities. Manage store expenses within budget guidelines.

Team Leadership and Development

Recruit, train, and mentor store associates to create a skilled, cohesive team. Set performance goals, conduct regular evaluations, and encourage continuous improvement. Foster a positive and motivating work environment aligned with brand values.
