We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced

Store Manager

to lead our Kapra Daily Supermarket operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in

FMCG retail

, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing supermarket operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the supermarket to ensure efficiency and profitability. Manage inventory, stock levels, and supply chain coordination. Supervise, train, and motivate store staff to achieve performance goals. Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints or queries. Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising standards, and compliance with safety regulations. Analyze sales reports, monitor KPIs, and prepare performance reports. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and company management for replenishment and offers. Implement loss prevention strategies and control shrinkage. Plan and execute promotional activities to boost footfall and sales.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience

in FMCG retail or supermarket management. Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills. Knowledge of stock control, billing systems, and POS operations. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Familiarity with local vendor networks and market trends in Hyderabad is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field preferred.
