Job Responsibilities

Manage overall store operations and achieve sales targets Lead, train, and motivate the store sales team Ensure excellent customer service and complaint handling Handle inventory control, stock audits, and shrinkage prevention Maintain visual merchandising and store hygiene standards Monitor daily sales performance, footfall, and average bill value

Billing & Cash Handling (Mandatory)

Hands-on experience with retail billing / POS systems Generate accurate bills, returns, and exchanges Knowledge of GST billing and invoice formats Daily cash, card, and UPI reconciliation Verify daily Z-reports and sales summaries Ensure zero billing errors and cash variance

Requirements

Graduate / Plus Two (Preferred) 1-2 years of experience in footwear or fashion retail Strong leadership and communication skills Proficiency in billing software and basic Excel Customer-focused and target-oriented mindset
