We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused
Store Manager
to lead the operations of our
Jockey Exclusive Store
. The ideal candidate should have strong retail management experience, excellent communication skills, and be fluent in handling emails and IT systems for daily store operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
Drive sales targets, profitability, and store performance
Maintain high standards of customer service and brand presentation
Handle staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management
Ensure proper visual merchandising as per Jockey brand guidelines
Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and shrinkage control
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and inventory reports
Handle emails, MIS reports, billing software, POS systems, and basic IT tools
Coordinate with mall management, vendors, and brand representatives
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and audit requirements
Key Skills & Requirements
Minimum
3 years of experience
as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in retail
Experience in apparel / lifestyle / innerwear retail preferred
Fluent in
handling emails, MS Office, POS systems, and basic IT operations
Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
Sales-driven mindset with good understanding of retail KPIs
Ability to handle customer escalations professionally
Presentable, disciplined, and brand-oriented personality
Preferred Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline
Prior experience in managing exclusive brand outlets (EBOs)
Knowledge of retail operations in mall environments
