Position: Retail Store Manager - Apparel

Location: Kukatpally, Hyderabad

Experience: 5 - 6 Years experience in Apparel as a Retail Store Manager( SIS, MBO)

Salary: 4 - 5 LPA

Qualification: Any Degree

:

Responsible for overall store sales, operations, customer experience, team management, and inventory control in an apparel retail store.

Key Responsibilities:

? Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure SOP compliance

? Deliver excellent customer service and handle escalations

? Maintain visual merchandising as per brand guidelines

? Monitor inventory, stock movement, and prevent losses

? Lead, train, and motivate store staff

? Handle POS, billing, cash, and daily report

? Coordinate for stock, promotions, and VM support

? Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets; track key KPIs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
