The Retail Store In Charge should independently manage the day to day operations of our surgical and hospital equipment store. This role includes handling customers, preparing invoices, maintaining stock, coordinating deliveries and ensuring smooth operations of both our retail and hospital orders.
Key responsibilities
- Attend Walkin customers/ phone / WhatsApp inquires.
- Prepare quotations, invoices and delivery challans using Tally/ Zoho books/ Excel.
- Manage daily cash, payment receipts and petty expenses.
- Co-ordinate and oversee checklists for packing and dispatch with helpers and delivery drivers
- Maintain product display, cleanliness and customer experience inside the store
- Track inventory, report low stock items, and assets in weekly/ monthly stock verification.
- Record daily sales and dispatch summary for management review.
- Support Retail marketing activities
- Co-ordinate with vendors and sub-dealers with regards to pick ups/ drops/ payment inwards and outwards, orders etc.

Pay: ?18,624.60 - ?22,565.32 per month
