Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Store Executive to join our sales team. As a Salesman, you will be the face of the store, responsible for assisting customers and ensuring a smooth and satisfying shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers as they enter the store. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products. Demonstrate product features and benefits to increase sales. Maintain in-depth knowledge of store products and ongoing promotions. Upsell and cross-sell products to meet sales targets. Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns professionally. Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and well-stocked. Monitor inventory levels and notify management of low stock. Process transactions using POS systems accurately. Work closely with other team members to achieve store goals.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or retail is a plus. Proven experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic math and computer skills. Friendly, outgoing personality with a professional appearance. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
