Greet and assist walk-in customers, providing detailed product information and personalized recommendations.
Understand client needs (corporate, institutional, or individual) and suggest suitable uniform solutions.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
2. Store Operations
Ensure smooth day-to-day store functioning, including inventory management, billing, and cash handling.
Maintain accurate stock levels and coordinate with the production team for replenishment.
Handle order tracking and ensure timely delivery of custom uniform orders.
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store layout as per brand guidelines.
3. Merchandising & Product Presentation
Ensure premium product display and visual merchandising to highlight design quality and craftsmanship.
Monitor fast- and slow-moving items and provide feedback to the marketing and production teams.
4. Coordination & Reporting
Collaborate with back-end teams (production, logistics, and marketing) for customer orders and promotional activities.
Prepare daily sales reports, customer feedback summaries, and stock reports.
Participate in store promotions, events, and corporate exhibitions.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Fashion Management, or related field.
1-5 years of experience in retail (preferably in apparel, uniforms, or premium product categories).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales orientation with customer-first attitude.
Good knowledge of POS systems and MS Office.
Attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics.
