Overview

We are seeking a Retail Store Supervisor to join our team and oversee daily operations at our retail store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and retail management, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.

Duties

Manage and lead a team of retail associates to achieve sales goals Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints Train new employees on sales techniques, product knowledge, and store policies Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed Ensure store cleanliness and organization Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process Utilize strong negotiation skills to drive sales and meet targets

Experience

Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in wireless sales or a similar industry Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role Strong knowledge of retail management practices Ability to sell products effectively and promote upselling Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ?21,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 8 per week
