2. Store Operations
Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing at all times.
Maintain stock levels and assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and receiving goods.
Coordinate with the store manager for daily operational tasks.
Handle billing, POS operations, and cash management accurately.
3. Visual Merchandising
Follow store layout guidelines and VM standards to showcase products effectively.
Create attractive displays to increase footfall and conversions.
4. Compliance & Reporting
Prepare daily sales reports and share them with the store manager.
Ensure compliance with company policies, store processes, and hygiene standards.
Monitor product expiry dates (for relevant industries) and maintain safety guidelines.
5. Teamwork & Coordination
Work closely with other sales staff to meet overall store targets.
Assist the manager in training new staff when required.
Required Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer skills (POS, billing, MS Office).
Good understanding of retail sales and store operations.
Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
Minimum: 12th pass; Graduate preferred.
