We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused

Retail Sales Executive

to join our team in Yelachenahalli. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, and maintaining store standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers, understanding their needs and recommending suitable products. Achieve sales targets through effective communication and product demonstration. Maintain store displays, ensure product availability, and manage stock levels. Handle billing, cash transactions, and follow standard operating procedures. Address customer queries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Keep track of sales, customer feedback, and inventory records. Support in-store promotional activities and campaigns. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall store hygiene.
Key Qualifications:

Minimum

1 year of experience

in retail sales or customer service. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand customer preferences and provide appropriate recommendations. Basic knowledge of billing systems, POS machines, and inventory handling. Positive attitude, team player, and target-driven. Flexibility to work weekends or extended hours as needed.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
