About the Role:

We are looking for a

smart, customer-focused Retail Store Executive

to manage daily store operations and deliver an excellent shopping experience.
Please note:

This is a front-end retail store role, not a warehouse or back-end logistics position.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee

daily store operations

and ensure smooth functioning on the shop floor. Provide a

great customer experience

through active engagement, product knowledge, and service excellence. Maintain

visual merchandising standards

and ensure displays follow brand guidelines. Support

sales targets

through upselling, cross-selling, and customer relationship management. Monitor

inventory and stock levels

within the store (not warehouse) and minimize shrinkage. Assist in

basic P&L tracking, margins, and store profitability analysis

(training provided). Participate in

in-store promotions, events, and campaigns

. Ensure compliance with all

store policies, hygiene, and safety standards

.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (preferred but not mandatory). Excellent

communication and interpersonal skills

. Strong

interest in front-end retail operations

and customer engagement. Basic understanding of

retail P&L, margins, and shrinkage control

(training provided). Smart, proactive, and eager to learn. Comfortable working

weekends, holidays, and retail hours
