Job Summary
The Retail Store Sales Executive is responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, maintaining store appearance, and achieving sales targets. The role requires excellent customer service skills, product knowledge, and the ability to maintain a pleasant shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities Customer Service
Greet customers warmly and assist them with product selection
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns politely and efficiently
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Fair & Exhibition Sales
Set up and manage sales stalls at fairs and exhibitions
Conduct promotional sales activities in residential societies at Jodhpur
Interact with residents and explain product benefits
Sales & Billing
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Inform customers about offers, discounts, and new arrivals
Handle billing, cash, UPI, card payments, and POS systems
Ensure accurate cash handling and billing records
Store Operations
Maintain cleanliness and attractive display of products
Arrange merchandise as per visual merchandising standards
Replenish stock on shelves and ensure proper tagging and pricing
Support stock counting and inventory management
Store Discipline & Coordination
Follow store policies, grooming standards, and attendance rules
Coordinate with store manager and team members
Ensure safety and security of store products

Basic computer / POS knowledge

Ability to stand for long hours
