The person will be working with Laundry King, eastern India's largest Laundry and Dry cleaning service with 16 stores across Kolkata.
The person shall be trained and equipped with knowledge to deal with retail stores across various locations.
:
1. Manage day to day store level operations
2. Prepare daily reports
3. Attend to customers at various platforms such as messages, calls and app
4. Attend to customers requirements, billing, sales, handling of garments, etc
5. Coordinate with the processing centre, delivery partners, store managers, seniors among others.
