Store Manager
to lead our team, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional shopping experience in the world of premium eyewear and accessories.
What You'll Do:
Manage daily store operations efficiently and effectively
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve store targets
Ensure excellent customer service and enhance brand experience
Maintain stock levels, store presentation, and visual merchandising standards
Prepare daily/weekly reports and share updates with cluster and area managers
Handle escalations, feedback, and team scheduling

Who You Are:
2-4 Years of Retail Experience (Preferably in Fashion or Lifestyle segment)
Strong leadership, communication, and team-handling skills
Target-driven, customer-centric, and performance-oriented
Presentable, energetic, and committed to excellence
