Working Days: 6 Days with a rotational shift

Role Description

The Retail Store Associate plays a crucial role in the store's daily operations, supporting the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The position requires direct engagement with customers, overseeing Field Sales Executives, and managing in-store activities to drive sales and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Retail Store Manager in daily operations and sales execution. Supervise and guide a team of 10-15 Field Sales Executives, ensuring they meet their daily, weekly and monthly sales targets. Engage with customers, understand their requirements, and suggest suitable vehicles. Ensure smooth coordination between sales, financers, and internal team for timely deal closures. Maintain inventory records, update stock details, and manage vehicle availability. Support cross-selling and up-selling initiatives to maximize revenue. Ensure proper documentation and compliance for all transactions. Handle on ground issues and escalate concerns to the Store Manager when needed. Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and adherence to brand guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills

Graduate degree is mandatory. 1-3 years of experience in sales, retail, or customer service. Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and negotiation skills. Ability to manage field executives and coordinate store operations. Customer-oriented approach with a focus on sales and relationship building. Basic knowledge of finance and insurance processes is a plus. Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
