Responsibilities:
Manage CRM and client follow-ups
Handle Instagram & WhatsApp queries, arrange VCs, close sales
Maintain store display & VM
Assist walk-in clients
Update and manage all order charts
Requirements:
Strong communication & sales skills
Organised, presentable, and proactive
Fashion retail experience preferred
