We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our MBO Shoe Stores team.

Requirements:

Passion for Sales: A natural drive to achieve sales targets and contribute to store growth. Customer-Centric Attitude: Ability to understand customer needs, provide personalized service, and ensure customer satisfaction. Adaptability: Open to adopting new processes, technologies, and retail practices in a fast-paced environment. Cheerful Personality: Positive, approachable, and energetic attitude that enhances the shopping experience. Willingness to Learn: Eager to develop skills in retail marketing, product knowledge, and store operations.
Preferred Background:

Prior experience in retail or sales is an advantage, but freshers with the right attitude and enthusiasm are also welcome. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work as part of a team.
