Job Description

Retail store assistants play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our retail store

Customer Service

: Greeting customers, assisting them in finding products, and providing information about products or services.

Sales Support

: Helping customers make purchasing decisions, suggesting complementary products, and upselling where appropriate.

Stock Management

: Receiving, unpacking, and shelving merchandise. Monitoring stock levels and assisting in inventory management.

Visual Merchandising

: Arranging displays to attract customers and promote sales. Ensuring products are neatly organised and appealingly presented.

Cash Handling

: Processing payments using cash registers or electronic systems. Handling returns and exchanges.

Cleaning and Maintenance

: Keeping the store clean and organised. This includes tidying shelves, vacuuming, and maintaining a presentable appearance of the store.

Product Knowledge

: Staying informed about product features, pricing, and promotions. Being able to answer customer queries accurately.

Teamwork

: Collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth store operations. Communicating effectively with supervisors and other team members.

Problem Solving

: Addressing customer complaints and resolving issues effectively and diplomatically.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
