Roles & Responsibility
Assist in creating a strategic advantage by understanding Direct-to-Consumer business strategies, objectives and processes and connect these to sources of technology innovation
Provide technical leadership in the evaluation, conceptualization, design, and development of major new capabilities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create tailored solutions.
Serve as a technology delivery lead, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Provide expertise in areas like supply chain, omnichannel commerce, and customer experience platforms.
Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
Strong integration experience with POS (Point of Sale) and e-Commerce applications(OR integration with other similar Enterprise level applications)
Work with Product Owner and Project teams to create proper documentation, training, controls and metrics.
Designing and implementing technology solutions.
Ensuring compliance and security.
Collaborating with other architects and stakeholders:

Key Skills
A deep understanding of the retail industry and its challenges.
Strong understanding of retail business processes and technologies.
Experience with design, implementation, and consulting in applications and infrastructure.
Expertise in various technologies, including e-commerce platforms, point-of-sale systems, and supply chain management systems.
Exposure to other systems in the ERP, SCM, CRM, space
Knowledge of cloud computing technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure).
Experience with digital transformation and cloud migration projects.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively. o
Experience with other related systems like POS, Billing, Care, etc o The ability to identify and solve complex technical problems.
