Profile: Retail Showroom Manager
Experience: 3-4years
Salary: Upto 30k-35k
Job Overview:
To lead, manage, and oversee the daily operations of the showroom. Ensure that the showroom meets sales targets, delivers outstanding customer experience, maintains merchandise standards, and fosters a motivated, customer?centric team.
Key Responsibilities:
Run the showroom every day, making sure everything is working well (sales, stock, staff)
Lead the showroom team: train, guide, motivate, check their work
Meet sales targets and try to improve performance
Keep track of inventory: know what is in stock, what needs reordering, prevent stock-outs
Handle customer service: help customers, resolve complaints politely and quickly
Report to management: send sales reports, stock updates, staff performance
