Assist customers in selecting jewellery, providing detailed information about product features, pricing, and after-sales services.
Ensure exceptional customer service, building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers.
Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
Store Management:
Oversee daily operations of the showroom, including opening/closing, managing inventory, and cash handling.
Ensure the showroom is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Team Leadership:
Support the Showroom Manager in leading, mentoring, and training the sales team.
Assign tasks and monitor performance to ensure smooth functioning of the showroom.
Foster a positive and productive work environment.
Inventory Management:
Manage stock levels and ensure proper display of jewellery pieces.
Conduct stock audits and ensure timely replenishment of products.
Collaborate with the procurement team to address stock-related issues.
Marketing & Promotions:
Assist in executing promotional activities, customer engagement initiatives, and special events.
Maintain knowledge of current market trends and competitor offerings.
Customer Relations:
Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests efficiently.
Ensure all customer transactions are recorded and reported accurately.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree , retail management, or a related field.
5-8 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewellery sector.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven ability to meet sales targets.
Leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of jewellery products, gemstones, metals, and market trends is a plus.
Basic proficiency in MS Office and retail management software.
