Customer Experience:
Build customer loyalty, resolve issues, and ensure a positive, clean, and safe shopping environment.
Merchandising & Inventory:
Optimize store layout, manage stock levels, implement promotional displays, and control shrinkage.
Marketing & Compliance:
Coordinate with marketing, implement campaigns, and ensure adherence to all company policies, health, safety, and legal standards.
Essential Skills:
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Financial acumen for budgeting and P&L management.
Problem-solving for customer issues and operational challenges.
Ability to analyze data and market trends.
