Job Description

We are seeking a vigilant and professional Retail Security Guard to protect our store premises, prevent theft, and ensure a safe shopping environment for customers and staff. The ideal candidate will have strong observation skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to handle security incidents calmly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor store premises through patrols and CCTV surveillance. Prevent theft, shoplifting, and unauthorized access. Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, or suspicious activity. Assist in handling emergency situations such as fire, medical incidents, or evacuations. Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a visible security presence. Report daily security activities, incidents, and irregularities to management. Cooperate with law enforcement when necessary.

Requirements:

Prior experience in security or retail loss prevention preferred. Strong communication and observation skills. Ability to remain calm under pressure.

Pay: ₹15,200.00 - ₹16,500.00 per month
