We are seeking a highly vigilant and dependable

Retail Security Guard

we will ensure the safety of customers, employees, and store property while maintaining a secure environment. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for preventing theft, handling emergencies, and promoting a positive shopping experience for all customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and Patrol:

Regularly patrol designated areas of the retail store to ensure security and prevent theft or vandalism.

Customer Assistance:

Provide assistance to customers as needed, offering directions and information while maintaining a professional and helpful demeanor.

Loss Prevention:

Observe and report any suspicious activity, such as shoplifting, employee theft, or fraudulent behavior. Detain suspects when necessary, in accordance

Surveillance Operations:

Utilize security equipment, including cameras, alarms, and monitoring systems, to identify potential security breaches or safety concerns.

Incident Reporting:

Complete detailed reports of security-related incidents, including thefts, accidents, and any unusual occurrences. Maintain an organized record of daily activities.

Emergency Response:

Respond to emergencies, including fire alarms, medical incidents, or threats, following company protocols to ensure the safety of everyone in the store.

Collaboration with Law

Enforcement:

Assist local law enforcement in the event of criminal activity, providing detailed information and collaborating on investigations.

Ensure Safety Compliance:

Enforce store policies regarding safety, customer conduct, and store regulations to ensure a secure shopping environment.

Customer Service:

Promote a positive and safe shopping experience by interacting with customers in a courteous and professional manner.

Qualifications:

Experience:

Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Skills:

Strong observational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.

Physical Fitness:

Ability to stand, walk, and patrol

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?16,000.00 per month
