We're Hiring - Retail Merchandiser (Local Candidate Preferred)

Location: Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala

Hyve Sports is looking for a

Retail Merchandiser

with hands-on experience in apparel or sportswear production. This role involves coordinating

sampling, production, and supply chain activities

to ensure smooth execution of retail and e-commerce product launches.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate sample development for new product drops and e-commerce launches

Follow up with design, QA, and production teams for timely approvals

Track daily production progress and ensure alignment with retail timelines

Maintain costing sheets, BOMs, and all documentation on ERP/Drive

Ensure quality standards and brand alignment across all product categories

What We're Looking For:

2-3 years of experience in retail/sample merchandising

Strong understanding of apparel production (knits/sportswear/athleisure preferred) Excellent coordination, follow-up, and documentation skills

Working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and merchandising trackers

Good communication and attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ?25,000.00 per month
