Explain product specifications, sizes, finishes, brands, and pricing
Guide customers on product selection for homes, offices, and projects
Prepare quotations and follow up for order closure
Coordinate with warehouse for stock availability and delivery timelines
Maintain showroom display, samples, and catalogues
Build relationships with architects, contractors, and interior designers
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to store revenue
Key Skills Required
Strong product knowledge of tiles, sanitaryware, plywood, laminates
Good communication and customer-handling skills
Basic billing, quotation, and computer skills
Negotiation and closing abilities
