Job Responsibilities:

Engage with walk-in customers and provide excellent in-store service. Explain product features and benefits to boost sales. Maintain cleanliness and visual appeal of the store. Keep track of inventory levels and report low-stock items. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems. Handle customer queries and complaints professionally. Assist in promotional activities and product displays.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience

in

Retail Sales

, preferably in the

FMCG sector

. Prior experience working in a

retail store environment

is mandatory. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused attitude with a passion for sales. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
