Role Overview:
We are hiring
Counter Sales Executives
who are customer-friendly, energetic, and passionate about retail. You will assist customers in selecting kids' clothing, handle billing, and ensure smooth day-to-day store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and guide customers with product selection.
Demonstrate product features, sizes, and styles.
Manage billing, cash handling, and POS operations.
Maintain product displays, stock levels, and store cleanliness.
Achieve daily/weekly sales targets.
Address customer queries and feedback politely.
Assist with stock management and replenishment.
Requirements:
Education:
Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
Experience:
1-3 years in retail sales (apparel/kidswear experience preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.
Willingness to work in shifts/weekends as per store requirements.
