Role Summary
We are seeking a confident and customer-focused
Retail Sales Executive
to engage with premium clientele, understand their taste, and guide them through an exceptional shopping experience. This role involves both product presentation and in-store sales conversion.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers warmly and assist them in choosing products that best suit their needs
Clearly explain product features, handloom techniques, artisan stories, and pricing
Manage
in-store sales
, customer trials, and checkout assistance
Build relationships with high-value customers to encourage repeat business
Maintain product display, store cleanliness, and ensure a premium shopping environment
Coordinate with the social team for customer appointments and new launches
Support online orders, store billing, packing, and inventory management if required
Requirements
Strong verbal communication skills
fluency in English is a must
Confident, well-mannered, and customer-friendly personality
Prior experience in
high-end retail / boutique / premium sales
is preferred
Good understanding of fashion & styling is an added advantage
Quick learner with a passion for handcrafted clothing
Willingness to work store hours on weekends and festivals
