Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience & Sales
Greet and engage
customers promptly and courteously upon entry to the store.
Identify customer needs
and provide product information and recommendations to drive sales.
Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge
across all items, including features, benefits, and current promotions.
Handle customer inquiries
and resolve issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner, escalating to management when necessary.
Achieve individual and team sales goals
and performance targets.
Store Operations & Merchandising
Process sales transactions
accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (
POS
) system, handling cash, credit, and other forms of payment.
Maintain store cleanliness
and organization, ensuring the sales floor is well-stocked, visually appealing, and reflects current merchandising standards.
Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing
new inventory shipments.
Execute visual merchandising updates
and store promotions as directed by management.
Monitor fitting rooms
and assist customers with sizing and selection.
Adhere to all company policies
regarding loss prevention, safety, and operational procedures.
Qualifications
Required
High school diploma or Any Degree.
Proven experience in a customer service or retail environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
.
Basic math and computer skills, with the ability to operate a POS system.
Ability to work a flexible schedule
, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift moderate loads, and climb ladders.
Preferred
Previous experience in a +1 Insert Specific Industry, e.g., apparel,retail setting.
Familiarity with inventory management systems.
A strong passion for the products and a genuine interest in selling.
