Role Overview

As a Retail Sales Executive at Ueir Organic Store, you'll be the face of our brand -- helping customers discover healthy food choices, guiding them with product knowledge, and delivering an exceptional in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a warm and professional manner Provide knowledgeable recommendations about organic products and healthy food options Actively drive in-store sales and achieve monthly targets Maintain clean, well-stocked, and attractive displays Handle billing, POS operations, and manage returns/exchanges when necessary Collect customer feedback and build lasting relationships Stay updated on product arrivals, offers, and health benefits of items sold Support stock audits, inventory checks, and FIFO practices Work as part of a team to ensure a smooth daily store operation

Key Requirements

1-3 years of experience in retail sales (FMCG or organic/grocery preferred) Strong communication skills in Tamil and basic English Passion for healthy living and natural/organic food products Customer-first attitude and willingness to learn Basic computer/POS knowledge Willing to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and peak seasons

Bonus Points (Preferred but not mandatory)

Knowledge of millets, organic food, or nutrition Experience in handling in-store promotions or sampling events Local resident of Erode or nearby areas
