We are a renowned Ethnic wear suit saree shop located in the heart of Rishikesh's main market. We are seeking an experienced Sales Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide suitable product recommendations.

2. Provide detailed information about our products, including features, benefits, and pricing.

3. Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.

5. Collaborate with the shop owner and other team members to improve sales strategies and overall shop performance.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Ethnic wear industry.

2. High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.

3. Proven track record of success in sales and customer service.

4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
