Job Description

This is a full-time, in-store role in Mumbai. You will be the first point of contact for walk-in customers, understand their style and occasion needs, recommend the right looks, and ensure they leave the store feeling styled, valued and heard. You will also support day-to-day store operations and help the brand achieve monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Greet, engage and assist walk-in customers with styling, size and product selection. Understand the brand's collections, fabrics, fits and customization possibilities to make informed recommendations. Achieve individual and store-level sales targets through consultative selling and effective follow-ups. Build and maintain relationships with repeat/VIP customers; update them on new drops and promos. Ensure the store is always visually appealing, well-stocked and aligned to brand display standards. Manage basic store operations - billing, order entries, trial room coordination, steaming/tagging and inventory checks. Coordinate with the HO/warehouse for stock requirements, alterations or customer-specific requests. Capture customer feedback and share insights on fast-moving styles, size gaps, and customer preferences. Uphold brand tone, grooming and customer experience standards at all times.
Qualifications & Skills

1-3 years of experience in retail / fashion / premium or luxury sales preferred (women's wear experience is a plus). Strong customer service and communication skills - spoken English and Hindi; Marathi is an advantage. Confident, well-groomed and brand-appropriate personality with an eye for styling. Target-oriented with the ability to upsell/cross-sell. Basic computer/billing system proficiency (POS, Excel/Google Sheets). Team player with a positive, proactive attitude. Willing to work retail hours, Saturdays and festive seasons.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
